I modified the original mod to my taste as my character is a little fairy player.setscale .2 and I had trouble reaching things on shelves (and I die easily with reduced hp until I level up). Thought some of you would enjoy it also.
I ported the original mod over from Oldrim for Second Edition use and then changed things around to make it a ring. To get the ring use the tilde to open the console (US I don't know what other keyboards are) type help airwalk look for the Ring of Airwalking and type player.additem and the number it gives you.

Yes I know I got lazy: I didn't feel like changing vendors adding chests or anything like that. 1st modification of Skyrim for me.
Warning there is air turbulence effect from the ring. I know nothing about scripting so I did not change the original script. The turbulence will cause things not tied down to float around when you get in range. Also npcs (your companions) will float up with you if they are in range then fall when you get out of range.
If you use it inside you will definitely get stuck on the ceiling at some point. Just take off the ring to fall back to the ground.
