Version 1.0.0
Original upload. Will release another version soon that ensures the Doom spawn arrive at their portals vs moving around. Will also get a few videos showcasing the mod up soon.
Roggvir's execution, while melancholy and brutal, can feel less significant when you see the same event occur repeatedly. I changed this event slightly to make one's first entry into Solitude feel more significant, inspired by the game series Doom. I also added a Stormcloak conspiracy component to this event, as you will see a man in garb familiar from ES4 walking from the soon-to-be crime scene, who dropped a certain note near barrels next to the Inn.
As a note, several non-essential NPCs (who attend the execution) will likely be killed during this re-imagining. This might, thus, conflict with mods that add quests to these characters. If there is enough demand, I can edit this mod to make a release that prevents this from happening.
I have included a few txt files in the main folder with the code I used to script this mod in case you want to try something similar.
