This is a patch for v4.0 of Thieves Guild For Good Guys - Taking Care of Business Redux that resolves the issue with the Honor Among Thieves quest having missing dialogue and no quest markers. Load this after any other patches for that mod. I've played through the entire quest end-to-end with no issues using this mod.
PLEASE NOTE
You will either need a new game or you will need to load a save from a point before you read the book that starts the quest. Unfortunately I was unable to get it to work mid-quest even with using various console commands to make things go my way. I had some success mid-quest but it was unstable. Maybe if I had access to all of the sources I could do better but I don't want to muck things up with decompiled scripts.
You don't need to wait for anything or talk to anyone or do any of the other placebo fixes people have concocted; just walk into the Flagon and read the book.
