Small mod that adds a new blacksmith at the Winterhold Docks once you have completed the quest to get the Helmet of Winterhold. After a couple of days, the blacksmith and his wife will move into one of the abandoned houses. The smith will also open up his shop and send you a letter. Rumor has it is that he makes his own custom mead. They both have custom AI packages and do different things throughout the day. Also adds a small delivery quest and a bit of dialogue to the smith.

Why is he there after getting the helmet? Mainly cuz it was the easiest quest (that is tied to the actual city) to track that most people would do when going to Winterhold.
Tried to make as minimal conflicts as possible (mainly navmesh) to be compatible with most mods
Should work on new saves, tho I have not tested extensively
