About this mod

After you complete the questline for Plague of the Dead, you get a bunch of annoying zombie spawns. Well, no more!

Requirements
Permissions and credits
If one does not own any Creation Club content, bunnies spawn at various points in the world. If you own either the Plague of the Dead or Bone Wolf Creation, these bunny spawn points are replaced by ones for either zombies (from Plague of the Dead) or bone wolves (from Bone Wolf creation).

I personally find this very annoying. Plague of the Dead is a pretty weak creation IMO and I want to ignore it as best I can: zombie hordes spawning on me makes this impossible. So, I sought to remedy this. There's a couple of options for this mod:

Infinitely delayed attacks: Changes the level requirements for zombies to attack. By default once attacks are enabled, different versions the the quest that triggers the attack will play depending on your level (so higher level players get more difficult attacks). The earliest attack is set to occur anytime the player's level is less than 20. This file changes it so the attacks don't start until level 170. This should be a pretty foolproof technique to preventing these attacks, however, you still won't have any bunnies spawning where they used to :( This is also the most "heavy-handed" approach to stopping these attacks.

File "Bunnies Restored": This mod changes the levelled list that contains the zombies back to being for bunnies (which is how it is without this creation) by forwarding Update.esm overtop of creation club content. The drawback is that this will affect Bone Wolves too since they use the exact same levelled list. Also, I'm not 100% sure that this technique alone will prevent zombie spawns as there are multiple levelled lists for zombies. Using this file by itself may result in the game spawning bunnies and zombies. Also, possibly spawning bunnies where you may have wanted zombies to spawn for the creation's main storyline.

File "Bone Wolves Only": Similar to the file bunnies restored except for the fact that this makes it so the game spawns only bone wolves instead of zombies. Note: this is how the game is by default due to an oversight by Bethesda, the Unofficial Creation Club Patch fixes this. This file just restores Bethesda's original mistake, it's redundant if you're not using the patch.

Why so many options?

Because I am a university student and don't have the time to properly playtest this. This mod won't break your game or anything, but I don't have the time to figure out which method is 100% effective in stopping the attacks. It would require travelling all around Skyrim and making sure each encounter zone doesn't spawn zombies, at each level interval too, which is time consuming. It's possible something as simple as Bunnies restored stopping attacks entirely, or something like the main file being necessary. You can use any combination of files: you can use the main file + the file to restore bunnies or bone wolves, or just one or the other. Any of these files are safe to uninstall midgame if you are dissatisfied. Choose which approach you would prefer. I've tried to make the description as clear as possible so you can make an informed choice about how this works.

A note on installing mid-game: "Infinitely delayed attacks" may not work on an existing save due to the quest already being started, so raising the level requirement after the fact won't do anything/cause problems. If you haven't finished "The Rising Dead", this file may work, but a new game is recommended.

A Final Note for those not using the Unofficial Creation Club Content Patch As I mentioned earlier due to an oversight by Bethesda, the levelled lists for Plague of the Dead is overwritten by the Bone Wolf Creation, which UCCCP fixes. This may mean without UCCCP's fix, this file is completely redundant for you. I personally play with UCCCP so I don't have any first hand experience with this, but I would wait and see if you ever see any zombies first before installing this mod.
