What it says on the tin. Rudolf is no longer deaf and can tell when you are not a male Nord. For this mod to work, I assumed that Rudolf was male - but that can be easily changed in the esp if it bothers you (or the check can be removed altogether).
Future Plans:
Maybe a persuasion check. Maybe I'll turn this into a tiny tweaks repository.
