Infinite Magicka Out of Combat
Features:
Provides infinite magicka when not in combat, allowing for free spellcasting.
Doesn't increase maximum magicka, so you are still limited by spell cost and your max magicka.
Notes:
This is essentially a copy of my infinite stamina mod but providing magicka instead.
Compatible with everything, doesn't edit races or require patches.
Scriptless, therefore should be safe to uninstall or reinstall anytime.
