Patch for a better lighting for Riverside Lodge

Not totally noob but enough to not be able to patch "Riverside Lodge REDUX - Buildable Edition" to make its scripted lights compatible with Lux (which I use in game) so I created one to get as close as possible visually to the interior atmosphere brought by Lux.
This patch just tweak the vanilla light so it much be compatible with every light overhaul mod.
It change the light Templates, tweak Radius and remove the light mists. It also changes the intensity of some outdoor lights.
