This is QoL type mod. Modifies MCM for SunHelm Survival and needs by colinswrath. Saves settings as you change them as default profile settings, adds delay for loads settings on startup, imports settings from an existing save, so you don't have to spend time in MCM again with each game. No plugin. 

Disclaimer:
SunHelm has a built-in mechanism for loading defaults. However, to use it, you need to save the settings, close the game, find the saved profile and move it to the location: "Data/SunHelm/Config/Default/SunHelm.json", and so every time you want to change the default settings.


This mod adds some very important simplifications and improvements:

  • Automatically saves your settings when you close MCM as defaults, so you don't have to close Skyrim and move anything to the default settings location.
  • Moves the loading of settings from OnInit to OnConfigInit and adds a 10-second delay to their loading, so that settings are loaded correctly even with a lot of scripts running at the beginning of the game.
  • Imports settings from an existing save: just open MCM and close it.
