New building for Whiterun suburb, a cheese factory & 5 cows, the house is far from the entrance or modded zone, I hope this cell is clean.
2 new NPCs
Not tested with your Skyrim, so certainly not compatible with some mods,(Whiterun Expansion Redone SSE) is OK
Navmesh OK but it's my first navmesh, so.......

First building, first navmesh, first real mod, so certainly a lots of bugs, I will try to correct all as quickly as possible.
Patch for discoloration fix !!!! Yes, some bugs......
Version 1.1 with some correction....
Version 1.2 with some BIG corrections by namtar55
Meshes and textures by : Oaristys , kelretu , lolikyonyu , Artisanix , mandragorasprouts
No boobs or books. Sorry, next time.
