Fix Arnbjorn not wearing the remodeled Dark Brotherhood Armor by 4th Unknown. Simple plugin patch that edits his vanilla outfit.

Arnbjorn wears a unique shrouded sleeveless armor, which make him not wearing the fantastic armor replacer by 4th. I edited so now he can use it.
I don't know if this was fixed somewhere else, if it was please warn me.
