Skywind belongs to the Skywind team, the original song (and Morrowind itself) belongs to Bethesda Softworks, and the remix belongs to Fredrik Jonasson. All I did was convert the song into the appropriate file type for use as a Skyrim song, using Skyrim Audio Converter (credit to JohnBSkyrim) and replaced the main menu theme.
