Short Description:
Player has to be sneaking for the cannibalism popup to show.
Long Description:
Namira's Ring allows the player to eat dead NPCs, by showing a popup with 2 options (Feed/Search). This makes looting corpses too annoying.
To reduce annoyance, i added a condition so the player has be sneaking (crouching).

i tried it on SkyrimSE version 1.5.97 (latest version before AE)
