Hi! My English is not perfect so expect grammar mistakes.
This is my second mod and I created this for one of my twitch follower. He said "No one is creating house at Dawnstar." So I created this.
House has multiple adoptions support so you can move your family here. At outside you can find all crafting stations.
This is just a simple house. I am new in modding, plus I don't like weapon showcase etc...
This is only 1 small esp file. All assets from the game files. You only need Skyrim Anniversary Edition
You need Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions SSE by TMPhoenix to move your family to this house.
Features
- 6 beds for kids
- 2 beds for followers
- Shrine of Talos
- Alchemy Lab and Arcane Enchanter
- Cooking Pot and Oven
- Blacksmith workshops at outside
