About this mod
Here is a Honeyside worthy of a Thane, especially if you are also leader of the Thieves Guild. Combatable with Multiple Adoptions, it accommodates up to 6 children. Designed to be used with “Brynjolf and the Riften Guild", to be published in Dec. 2022.

The public face of a respectable Thane meets a secret world of larceny. Enjoy the home you earned by both honest and unscrupulous means.
Lore friendly; buy the home in the usual way. ( Important: to properly display the Children’s room: first buy the Enchanting room, then
buy the Children’s room to replace it.)
Clerestory light resembles the exterior
Compatible with Multiple Adoptions, with different bedroom configurations for two to six children.
Interactive: set the table in different ways; choose the rugs and table linens, working shutters and fireplaces.
Two extra follower beds in the Housecarl's room
full bath (when you turn on the wash basin tap, you may change your appearance by "washing your face"
NPC's undress for the bath and bed
Full crafting; kitchen and smithy includes unique “Black mages’ hood”, craftable under leather armor

On the way to the cellar: There is both a pull-bar to make everything appear without buying it, and another to remove it. This must be done if you wish to remove the mod. There is also a test chest.
