Changes the clanging blacksmith hammer audio to a more distanced muffled sound.

I found the constant clanging of the blacksmith hammer to be extremely annoying when crafting items at the forge, so I changed it to the distanced blacksmith hammer originally in the game when you are far from a forge and an npc is hammering stuff. For me it makes using the forge a lot more enjoyable.
To install just extract to your skyrim directory or use NMM.
To uninstall just delete the audio files or use NMM.

Update:
Added an optional file that lowers all forge related sounds.
My other mods:
Soultrap Sound Edit - Calm Wind
