Allows you to Summon a Dragon Priest for 60 Seconds.
The Spell Requires Expert Conjuration.
There are two Versions of the spell one to summon Morokie
and one to summon a regular Dragon Priest
Location
The Moroki Spell will be on the remains after defeating him.
The standard Dragon Priest Spell Tome is Located in Red Eagle Redoubt on the altar by the throne
Or if you just want the spell you can download version 0.1
And the Spell Tome will be located in Riverwood at the Sleeping Giant Inn.
Installation
Use Nexus Mod Manager.
Or manually download and move file into Data folder Located in Skyrim SE direcotry.
Also if you have any ideas for any NPC to make Summonable Let me know.
