About this mod
Fix the incorrect condition as well as expand it to jail dialogue and outfit dialogue, also merged with "All npc invitation" option in the FOMOD.

The condition will work properly now. Wear the amulet (found in library in private bed room) to make the invite, jail and outfit dialogue show up; take it off to hide them, greatly tidy your dialogue option.
Also merged with the plugin in "All npc invitation" FOMOD option, so you dont need to tick it anymore.
