Value can be adjusted in "SKSE/Plugins/_CameraNoise/CINE_MGSV_Sprint.ini" & "SKSE/Plugins/_CameraNoise/CINE_MGSV_Horse_Sprint.ini"
Default is a high value for noticeable affect but it can be turned down & the changes will persist
No video/gif since mid-tier-pc; try it out, remove/change it if you want
