High Poly Alva replacer. Compatibility patches for AI Overhaul , USSEP , Denizens of Morthal available in FOMOD.
This replacer uses a custom CBBE body, skin and textures.

INSTALLATION

2.Install with mod manager (or extract files in Data folder)
3.Activate ESP

Load main esp and files after all other NPC overhauls.

You think that this look would suit Serana more?
Just use the Serana Replacer patch from the FOMOD.
Black Face bug?
This means that another mod is trying to overwrite Alva's files. Make sure that AlvaReplacer.esp is placed last in your load order ( even after bashed patch)
( Or you can just re-build your bashed patch once you eliminate the conflict)
RaceMenu Preset not looking like the screenshots?
The problem is that presets work differently than NPC replacers, the preset does not carry over custom textures and meshes.
Things you can do to get a result closer to the screenshots is download the following mods:
Bijin Skin, Cbbe, Expressive Facegen Morphs, High Poly Head, Improved Eye Models, More Eyes by Karoline, Brows by Karoline, KS Hairdos.
These mods will give you a good base but results will never be exact.
