Here's my Joulu gift for the Skyrim modding community. I always thought the vanilla Talos statue doesn't look that much ancient Nordic like but more like a statue from the Empire/Rome so that's why I tried to replace it with something more "immersive". Usually the very detailed stone statues from ancient times are made from marble (it's softer) which doesn't anyhow survive in minus degrees and the metal ones in the wilderness would probably have been corroded by weather or stolen for the precious metals quite quickly, so wood it is.
The original mesh and textures are made by JPSteel2 and you can find the totems in their utterly amazing mod: Northern Roads. I have just slightly edited the mesh to be more Talos like and added some extra details to the texture.
Mainfile has just mesh and textures, no ESP. All the Talos statues except the one in Windhelm are replaced.
Whiterun Only version has meshes, textures and the esp made by Poepkat.
