Detailed Mod Description -
This mod allows the player to craft my interpretation of The Black Hand weapon in Skyrim. The weapon uses a detailed poly efficent model and 4k texturing mapping. It was made using Blender 3D and Quixel Mixer. The ESP is ESL flagged and therefore shouldn't take a space in mod load orders.
Weapon Lore -
This version of the Black Hand takes its appearance from the alternate timeline of Warcraft's Warlords of Draenor. One of the stronger and more competent warlords of the orcs, Blackhand was the leader of the Blackrock Clan and primary backbone of the Iron Horde. Through schematics given by a mysterious prophet of sorts, he propelled the Iron Horde into an age of industrialization allowing for the mass-production of high quality weapons.
In his hands, he wields a great slaghammer named after himself, the Black Hand. Forged personally by Blackhand, this one-of-a-kind weapon represents a pinnacle of technological advancement. Though heavy and unstable, those who are capable of wielding it are able to notice the finest optimization in its craftsmanship and its almost perfect balance. It crushes through foes with ease and its power is further amplified the faster one is capable of swinging it. Originally, players can defeat Blackhand to obtain his weapon in World of Warcraft through the Blackrock Foundry raid.
Weapon Stats -
The Black Hand is a mighty molten two-handed warhammer that comes with an enchantment and special perk ability when equipped. It has a powerful base damage, but a rather slow swing speed. Warriors who decide to wield it must dedicate their attacks carefully.

- 0.60 Attack Speed
- 2.00 Reach
- 45 Weight
- Special Perk: Ironforged Will
- Enchantment: Molten Slag (Not Disenchantable)
Weapon Enchantment: Molten Slag -
Forged within Blackhand's foundry and combined with years of his talent and expertise, the Hammer's metal has an affinity to inflict an unresistable 35 points of fire damage against its foes.
Special Perk - Ironforged Will -
The greatest of Blackhand's achievements, the hammer was been infused with the will of the Iron Horde. Against foes, the hammer will inflict an extra 25% damage against non-orc foes. In addition, Power attacks will experience an extra 150% increase in damage upon use due to the excellent craftsmanship of the hammer.
Way to Obtain and Recipe -
The Black Hand can only be crafted using the Skyforge and only by smiths who reached the pinnacle of their ability (Dragon Smithing Perk). Due to its size and advanced schematics, the Black Hand requires a ludicrious amount of material and fire salts in order to satisfy the forge in its creation.
- 20 Fire Salts
- 10 Steel Ingots
- 25 Orichalcum Ingots
- 25 Ebony Ingots
There's also a lesser replica of the Black Hand without the perk and enchantment that can be crafted once the acquired perks are achieved and requires less material than the true weapon.
Personal Notes -
- I finally managed to remove that weird green shine highlight that has been plaguing me for some time. I will update my previous mods that were also suffering from this issue :D (Balmung Kriemhild and Glorenzelg)
- I am still optimizing by workflow and quality, but it's been going great so far
- I found some really nice weapons I want to model, but I need to understand the lore which may or may not require me to bing an entire show ;D
