I synthed Galmar's version of the line because it couldn't be spliced.

Serious Civil War Finale Sieges - Deutsche Sprachausgabe
Changelogs
Version 1.0.5
Added a patch for Clockwork which moves the ladder in the Solitude siege out of the terminal building.
Used xVASynth to reinstate a missing dialogue line originally designed for Galmar but which had only ever been recorded for Ulfric.
Removed a line of code that disables random dragon attacks in the Battle for Whiterun (SSE doesn't have random dragon attacks inside cities anyway).
Version 1.0.4-FQS
Favor Quests Separated Patch
Version 1.0.4
Added the final rank promotion before the final speech, in case you missed it earlier.
Tullius and Ulfric references are now Persistent for improved compatibility.
Moved the lever for the Solitude Exterior Gate for easier access.
Version 1.0.3
Re-compacted and re-flagged as ESL. Should be safe to update.
Version 1.0.2
Added a second way to hear Tullius/Ulfric's "I almost can't believe it's over" victory dialogue, which is easily missed.
Locked the doors after the confrontation scene so you can't go back inside the castle until the quest has ended.
Version 1.0.1
Forwarded some missing changes from USSEP
Fixed some minor bugs
Thanks to SarthesArai and Poepkat for pointing these out!
Version 1.0.0
Moved the Battle for Windhelm starting location to the Windhelm Military Camp
Moved the Battle for Solitude starting location to the Solitude Military Camp
Restored cut objectives to the Battles for Windhelm and Solitude before entering the city
Added Brunwulf to the Windhelm victory speech
Blocked some shortcuts in both Solitude and Windhelm
Fully voiced restoration of the final Civil War Siege battles outside the cities of Solitude and Windhelm, including barricades to break through and exterior gates to open, before taking the fight into the city.
Features
Blocked off some public areas of Solitude that do not need to be accessible during the siege, such as the shortcut to Castle Dour along the city walls, the Temple of the Divines courtyard, and the Blue Palace.
In Solitude, some rubble from a nearby building has fallen into the road, so the route to Castle Dour might be a bit longer than before...
In Solitude, you'll now need to enter Castle Dour through the upstairs door (because otherwise Stage 5 of the siege never triggers).
In Windhelm, you can no longer bypass the battle in the marketplace by going straight through the graveyard near the Hall of the Dead.
In Windhelm, Brunwulf Free-Winter will be present for the victory speech, since Rikke had sent men to "protect him and bring him here". He now has a line of dialogue during the speech too!
A few tweaks to the progress of objectives and stages for all Civil War Siege quests for consistency (shared across my Civil War mods).
Compatibility
This mod edits CWFinaleScript, CWSiegeScript, CWReinforcementControllerScript and the Quest Fragments of CWFinale and CWSiege, and will not be compatible with anything else that edits those scripts. Check for loose file overwrite conflicts.
Untested with city overhauls, but probably compatible with anything that doesn't significantly edit the core layout of streets and buildings in Solitude or Windhelm.
Compatible by design with the rest of my Serious Civil Warseries:
