Fixes the configuration menu not appearing for some users by installing the scripts file loose, Use only with the main file v2.15 not the beta version. Install with NMM , make sure to uninstall this file if the mod author releases an update

Download and install Wet and Cold v 2.15(from the link provided in required files section above)
Download this file and install with NMM Note: If NMM prompts with another version detected do you wish to update / overwrite select NO
Cross your fingers and load your game, hopefully all will be working, if not there is nothing more I can do, and you will have to wait for the mod author to update his file( most likely after skse64 is released and the sky ui/mcm is functioning)
