adds pokemon to the island

the file readds the pokemon removed from moonfang island during the split as most some npcs were pokemon the mod will also be required for any other pokemon addons as all the files are included in here
pokemon can be found around the island and some are followers
the mod requires my moonfang island mod not the merged version
the addons for this addon require the other pokemon mods as well
pokemon in skyrim adds pokemon to certain spawn lists so they can spawn anywhere for example alolan vulpux will spawn in snowy areas
they will spawn with ether 2 versions flee witch will run when they see you or attack where they well attack
the absol ones are self explanatory as they are replacers XD
