About this mod
This mod turns various spells into enchantments! Most of them work great, especially the ones you're supposed to be using in-game. Now you can literally "wear" mage armor! Keep candlelight wherever you go, wear a shock cloak, slow time and much, much more!

Other helpful Addition:
As bows rely on actually hitting an opponent to cause an effect, I have also made "Quick Arrows" that travel super fast. If you need something that reaches a target instantly, these arrows will be for you.
FAQ:
Q: Effect goes away?
A: This can happen for the "wearing and toggled" enchants, listed above. If an effect is broken (like invisibility) or the weather changes (like moving to a new cell for Storm Call) the item must be taken off and then equipped again.
Q: Location for the enchanted items?
A: In Delphine's basement room chest, use TCL (Toggle Collision) to get there if you haven't completed the quest. Or use a command, additem menu, etc.
Q: Can these be disenchanted and used on other items?
A: Yes they can! :)
Q: Can you make/add (request)?
A: Maybe, although I also encourage you to see if there's a way to get X that already exists. My mod is open permissions, so if I don't do something, don't let me stop you from making it happen.
Q: Clairvoyance isn't guiding me to the quest marker
A: I added it anyway in case someone wanted it, but yes, this one doesn't really work at all. The reason is that the spell is originally concentration, but to make it an enchantment, I had to make it a constant effect. Some enchantments didn't take to this change so well.
Q: Area of effect weapon enchantments don't make an explosion?
A: Despite being area of effect, all of these need you to hit something, an actor, it could be a body or an NPC. So, missing a sword swing or an arrow won't do anything.
Q: (slow time issue)
A: By its nature slow time is tricky, it changes your sensitivity and magnitude is negative, which means less magnitude is stronger (0.05 is slowing time to 5%, while 5.00 is increasing time's speed by 5 times). This means that other magic mods, enchantments, etc. can interfere with it. This also means a high enchanting skill might make time actually go FASTER if you enchant an item yourself.
