Makes it so you don't have to kill Nilsine in the Dark Brotherhood quest "Mourning Never Comes"

Permissions: Anyone has my FULL permission to take this mod and make it better. I have tested a condition in the CK to connect the placement with the quest, however it was very buggy.
I've looked all over the Nexus and have yet to find a mod that did this, so I just decided to make one for myself.
Simply put: this add's Muiri's ring to her inventory, or places the ring in House Shattershield's home (it should be on the shelf, but it keeps dropping to the floor underneath it...).
Use one version or the other, do not use both!
This mod is meant for those who do not want to kill Nilsine (yeah...I'm that type of player, bite me) in order to get this special item. Normally one cannot obtain this item without killing Nilsine in the Dark Brotherhood quest "Mourning Never Comes" so this makes it so you can obtain it in other ways.
As I lack the skill in the Creation Kit to make this a quest based add-on to her inventory, this is added to her from the very beginning, so consequently it is possible to obtain 2 of the item: One if you decide to kill Nilsine and the other directly from her inventory/in the house
Both plugins are flagged as esl and was cleaned with SSEdit, however let me know if there are any issues
