About this mod
This mod will make smart cast cast stuff faster and read character state faster.
The original mod was designed for 2011 PCs, that would explain why the mod author at the time decided to make the checks super slow (it would only check the character state every 5sec)
This mod makes it 5 times faster

It is as fast as I could manage to make it without breaking functionality.
It would probably be possible to make it even faster, I'm just too dumb to 100% reverse engineer the original script. But I'm working on it!
Make sure to tick "Maintain Auto Cast Rules" (Mod Configuration → Smart Cast Spells → bottom left check box on all the spells you're using)
