This mod adds fortify unarmed to the vanilla alteration spells. This provides a good ability to defend yourself with spells with your hand in VR where you can simply just punch your way through if you get to close combat. Works like a charm, and isn't overpowered. If you play Skyrim VR, you can punch someone with an active spell in your hand.
