From version NG-v1.1 of One Click Power Attack NG you do not need this mod.
Due to OneClickPowerAttack.dll load settings after any loading screen, for the settings to be updated in the dll, go through any area to bring up the loading screen. It is possible that in the next version this limitation will be removed (this requires a change in the behavior of the dll).
