Adds 15 destruction spells, three for each rank of spell (Novice, Apprentice, Adept, etc.)

What this mod does:

I've tried making some unique and interesting spells that feel balanced, look cool, and feel like more than just an upgrade from the previous rank of spells. Everything was made using vanilla assets, so it should be light and compatible with basically everything. There'll be a YouTube video attached of me using the spells a bit. This mod is ALSO an ESL file, meaning that it takes no space in your load order.

So as to not touch leveled lists and risk incompatibilities, I've just added all the spells to Enthir, the shady guy at the College of Winterhold. He will sell them to you. Or add them via console commands.

Novice Spells:
Fire: Fire Palms - Your fists become flaming weapons, causing small explosions on contact with enemies. (this currently isn't working as intended, I guess the CK doesn't like me trying to make fists into weapons :P I have gotten this to work before on other mods, but not here as of 1.0)

Frost: Chill Bane - Very short range icy projectile, explodes to damage armor.

Shock: Spasmic Pulse - Small explosion centered around the caster, paralyzes for a second, damages their magicka, deals some damage


Apprentice Spells:

Fire: Bladesbolt - Mid range firebolt which travels quickly, with a Dragonrend effect.

Frost: Brain Fog - Target actor up to 40 feet away is frozen solid for 30 seconds.

Shock: Tremble Bolt - A wave in front of the caster deals shock damage in an area, and staggers foes.


Adept Spells:

Fire: Mortar - Slow moving ball of fire with gravity, explodes in a 30ft area to deal substantial damage and fear.

Frost: Frozen Winds - Target actor is swung around with winds, while taking frost damage over time. (this also works a little strangely, no cyclone effect currently, I plan to fix this)

Shock: Shock Crawler - Small and fast Dwemer spider that casts paralysis. (he may seem to never cast it, but he does have the spell, and should use it sometimes on ranged enemies, just part of AI behavior)


Expert Spells:

Fire: Inferno Stream - Greater range flame spell that causes explosions and reduces fire resistance.

Frost: Frost Gladiator - Large frost atronach covered in a void, slower but much stronger melee attacks, and higher health.

Shock: Mass Chain Lightning - Chain lightning with a huge area of effect, greater range, and damage. Can even go through walls.


Master spells:

Fire: Mass Mortar - Very slow traveling ball of fire affected by gravity, explodes in a massive 85ft area, staggers, and cannot be resisted. (the gravity on this one is insane, so it's best used on an elevated area like a cliff, but that seems balanced anyway)

Frost: Glacial Muatra - Long ranged and faster traveling icy spear, which reduces enemy melee damage, and explodes in a small area.

Shock: Unlimited Voltage - Long ranged sparks, ragdolls enemies. (not quite unrelenting force levels of strong though)
