This is version 3.0 of my smooth cam preset. I tried to make it comfortable for all situations i could think of. I wasn't happy with the presets i found so i took matters into my own hands.
Recommended mods to be used alongside:

If you wish to have the closest result possible as the one in the latest video showcase use FOV 90.
-TIPS-
- B : Shoulder Swap. (Changed, please manually assign in options)
- Right Alt : alternate camera (character inspect)
Walk - Run - Sprint - Melee - Magic - Archery - Seated - Horseback - Horseback Melee - Horseback Archery - Vampire Lord - Werewolf - Swimming.
Have been reworked for a smoother and immersive experience. Making it feel like a gameplay overhaul improvement (IMO)
You are free to leave out any feedback and i encourage you to do so. However! remember this is a preset i made for MYSELF based on my taste and liking. If you do not like the style go find something else. If you like it, enjoy it. Any thing you wish to see improved you can leave feedback and ill look into it, if i'm happy with the current state of x part of the preset ill leave it like that and i will encourage you to modify it to your liking.
