Simple mod that makes the NPCs in Sovngarde actually pitch in against Alduin

Plan for the final battle by picking and choosing which Nords you kill. Everyone you send back will be another potential ally against Alduin.
Removes the combat limiters in Sovngarde for the NPCs from Afterlife and makes them hostile towards dragons. If they're not fighting, give them some time or talk to them. They should wake up and start helping (or running)
I'd recommend using this paired with something that buffs up Alduin, like World Eater Beater.
ESL Flagged so it doesn't hurt your load order. Obviously load after Afterlife
