This mod removes the building requirements for the farm structures and adds more racial diversity to the farmhand options.

I was tired of console adding the materials I needed to build, so I initially created this mod just for that purpose.  But I noticed the farmhands were always somewhat similar so changed that around to become an equal opportunity employer.  The original 8 options that the farmhands could spawn from were 2 female and 2 male Nords, 1 female and 1 male Imperial, 1 female and 1 male Redguard.  This was changed to 1 female and 1 male Nord, 1 female and 1 male Argonian, 1 female and 1 male Orc, 1 female Dunmer, 1 male Redguard.  Also improved the appearance somewhat of the two original Nords.  With such a limited pool, I couldn't cram all the races in there.

I didn't change what they wear so they spawn in random farm clothes, including any mods that add to the farm clothes list such as Travel Robes.  If you don't like what they are wearing when they spawn, you can target them in the console and type resetinventory.

While I'd never suggest such a heinous act, you can "dispose of" an existing farmhand and hire new.  Strangely, the other employees don't seem to mind.  Did you know Vigilance could be dismissed here as a guard dog (not Meeko though)? What a pleasant surprise that was.

Per the Wiki this farm has some vanilla bugs and I have experienced both:
-  Purchasing the alchemy and enchanting lab and entering the house may crash the game.  Purchasing this upgrade last seems to prevent this. If this happens, try to purchase the upgrade, then fast travel away and back before entering the house for the first time.
-  Steward and farmhands keep entering the house and teleporting back out.  This drives me a bit bonkers.
