This mod increases the value of Morokei by a few hundred, changes the armour rating to 12, and changes the enchantment (magicka regen rate) from 100% to 130%. This is in fact a magical artifact, why not make it worth the find?

Should be compatible with everything. Unless you have another mod that edits Morokei's enchantments you should be fine.
