Keeper Carcette is an expert Restoration trainer, but is bugged to only allow you to train while your restoration skill is less than 50. This mod fixes that.

Changelogs
Version 1.1
Fixed Aphia Velothi's "I'll gladly share my knowledge with you" line being silent
So Keeper Carcette is supposed to offer training up to 75 Restoration, like any other expert trainer. However, the dialogue condition to allow training is blocked if your Resto skill is 50 or higher. You can tell this is a bug, because if you ask for training at 49, she'll train you up to 54, unlike common trainers.
Unnecessary detail: This mod edits the dialogue condition from < 50 to < 75. and removes Aphia Velothi as an OR condition, as she is a resto trainer too. It then creates a new dialogue for Aphia alone, with the < 50 condition, as she is actually a common trainer. So, 2 records, one edited, one new. Seems to work fine based on about 20 seconds of testing, let me know.
FAQ
Q: But why isn't this in USSEP? Surely if this was a bug, it'd be fixed in that?
A: See here. Fair enough, its a fair point. But some of us delay the Dawnguard quest because its fucking stupid to start at level 10.
