Lawbringer extension for Boulderfall Cave in the Rift, allowing for it to be claimed by Stormcloaks, Imperials, or Rift hold guards.

Adds support for the Lawbringer mod created by EpicCrab (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29882) to Boulderfall Cave in the Rift. You can now claim it for the Stormcloaks, Imperials, or Riften. As with other Lawbringer modules, simply activate the banner once you clear out the location, and you can claim it for the faction of your choice.
There shouldn't be any problems, but if there are, please tell me. I will use what little knowledge I have to try and fix it.
