another mod that adds an artifact from oblivion to skyrim. Despite the name 'Weatherward Circlet' it is (and was in TES:4) a ring with a unique enchantment. Even though the ring didn't have a unique model in oblivion, the model was rarely used for other items.
To have a leveled enchantment, the 'Weatherward Circlet' perk is added when equipped. The perk will give you resistance to fire and frost according to your level. If you level up, so will the enchantment.
During installation, you can choose between a right and left-hand version as well as an unenchanted version with both rings. Or use the LotD version to replace the ring in Legacy of the Dragonborn.
The ring found its way to skyrim in the hands of a thief of the guild. A classic, I don't know what it is with those thieves and jewelry. In order to obtain it you might want to check the treasury of the thieves guild. I mean nobody would rob the thieves guild, right?
