This small tweak makes Vampire charm (Vampire's Seduction Power) into something less punishing overall. Plugin is ESPFE

In vanilla, whenever you cast the spell it goes into a 24 hour long cooldown even if it does not connect.
Works nice with vampire feeding improved and vampire feeding tweaks
Not designed for major vampire overhaul mods cause they have more complex implementations of this, but for who don't use them this mod makes base vampirism a little more viable.
The actual reason is though i couldn't find one on nexus that only does this so decided to make one and upload.
- This mod makes it so vampire charm can hit multiple targets, reduces the charm effect duration from 30 seconds to 10 seconds so you should act fast to feed (you can feed on multiple targets in combat if you are fast enough) and the power will not be removed from player's inventory unless they feed on someone and revert vampiric hunger.
- For instance you can hit 3 enemies, feed on all of them while they are mesmerized even though the power is removed after you feed on the first.
- To reduce spamming early levels, it now has a magicka cost of 50. Basically a low level AOE calm that benefits vampires.
