I wanted to make a Dunmer that looked like a Yakuza, there is a crime syndicate known as the Camonna Tong in Dunmer culture which gave me that vibe, thanks to some breath taking armor by Pulcharmsolis and some body paint to look like Yakuza tattoos but not too lore breaking, I think I found the perfect look for what I wanted to achieve.
