The Elevenlabs Text-to-Speech Downloader for Skyrim is a modification that allows you to effortlessly transform in-game dialogue into audio files through the use of the Elevenlabs API. In order to utilize this mod, you will need to have an Elevenlabs account, which requires payment.
However, there is a free subscription option that enables you to convert up to 10,000 characters per month and create up to three customized voices.
Here's how to use the mod:
Please note that this mod is not affiliated with Elevenlabs and was created solely for entertainment purposes. I do not have a partnership with Elevenlabs or any other company mentioned in this mod. This is simply a passion project that I hope will be useful for other Skyrim players who enjoy experimenting with game mods.

Here's how to use the mod:
- Make sure you have at least Java 17 installed on your computer. If you're not sure whether you have Java installed or which version you have, you can check by opening a command prompt or terminal and typing
java -version. If Java is installed, you will see the version number displayed. If not, you can download and install the latest version of Java from the official website at https://www.java.com/en/download/. Once you have Java installed, you can run the program by double-clicking the JAR file or by running it from the command line using thejavacommand. - Open the program and enter your API key from your Elevenlabs account profile section.
- Choose a voice from Elevenlabs. You can select any voice that is available from your Elevenlabs account, including instant cloned voices.
- Select your CSV file. The CSV file should contain the filename of the voice file (without extension) in column 15 and the text you want to turn into speech in column 22. You can create this structure by exporting the dialogue from the Creation Kit. Click on the speech bubble icon in the Creation Kit and select "Export Dialogue". It will generate a "dialogueExport.txt" file in the game directory. You can then modify the file to include only the text you want to convert, and save it as a CSV file. Make sure that the CSV separator is a ";".
- Choose your output path where the converted files will be saved.
- Click "Start" to begin the conversion process.
- If the exported files are not in the required WAV format for use in Skyrim, you can convert them using programs like VLC media player.
