Description
Adds a new projectile weapon class to Skyrim: Darts!
Darts are fully craftable and can be made at forges.
Darts are rigged to the same system as scrolls so the game will categorize them as scrolls.

Advantages
-When crafting darts, they cost the same amount of materials as their arrow counterparts but yield 1.5x the amount of darts per craft, compared to arrows. (Ex: vanilla arrows are crafted in sets of 24 whereas darts are crafted in sets of 36)
-Because darts are not hurled with a launcher, they bypass reload times and can be thrown at relatively rapid speeds (faster than that of any launcher or projectile weapon).
-Darts do not cost magicka or stamina when thrown.
-Darts are extremely lightweight to carry (10 darts weigh approximately 1 lb or .45 kg).
Disadvantages
-Darts do exactly 1 less damage than the base damage of their arrow counterparts minus the added bonus of being fired from a bow.
-Darts do not grant the user any skill points while being used.
-Once thrown, darts will be destroyed on impact and cannot be salvaged.
