About this mod
Now the various Blacksmiths across Skyrim and Solstheim will sell different Items that reflect their Location, Skill and Wealth. No longer will Blacksmiths all sell the same heavily enchanted, level scaling gear that is worth more than the entire village they inhabit.

CHANGES:
Alvor: Alvor in Riverwood is by his own Account a blacksmith who mainly works on the Sawmill blades for the Mill, and occasionally makes some weapons for the guards. Thus he sells Basic Iron gear, A few odd pieces of Steel and Hunting Supplies.
Warmaiden's: Being Situated in Whiterun, the trading centre of Skyrim, the Warmaiden's Blacksmith would have access to a plentiful Stock of Steel, Iron and a few pieces of Steel Plate. They would effectively have a realistic version of a normal Skyrim Blacksmith Inventory.
Lod: Lod in Falkreath, sells Hunting Supplies and a wide variety of Bows and Arrows, even some Enchanted Bows, for Hunting Bigger Game. He also sells a wide array of Hunting Armors, from Hide to Fur to Leather.
Filnjar: Filnjar is Located in Shor's Stone, A mining settlement in the RIft. His Stock is Similar to Alvor's albeit with a bigger Bulk of Iron ore and Ingots.
Riften, Solitude and Windhelm Blacksmiths: These are Blacksmiths who are quite Confident in their craft, and are situated in ideal locations for a Blacksmith, were demand for steel and iron is high. They sell Primarily Steel, and a higher Quantity of Steel Plate may be found here, aswell as a few enchanted steel weapons, made with some help from the court wizards perhaps? These are also blacksmiths credited with apprentices, due to their high skill and prestige. They also sell leveled items to a degree.
Markarth Blacksmith: Markarth is situated on top of an old dwarven city, aswellas a plentiful silver mine. The blacksmith's stock reflects these resources. The markarth blacksmith now sells a few pieces of dwarven armor, dwarven weapons, dwarven metal ingots and scraps, silver ore and ingots, silver weapons accompanied by a regular blacksmith stock of steel and iron.
Orcish Strongholds: Earning the Privilege to enter a stronghold will offer you access to the prestigious Orc Smiths, who now sell freshly Forged Orcish Armor, Weapons, Arrows and Orichalcum Ingots. They also sell a few Common pieces of Weaponry/Armor, and the Odd Ebony Ingot. They also have the ability to sell leveled items to the same degree as the Riften, Windhelm and Solitude Smiths.
Dawnstar Blacksmith: Dawnstar is in the middle of a quicksilver and an iron mine, so it would make sense for the Blacksmith to be able to sell high quantities of both metals. Dawnstar is also a port city, giving the Blacksmith access to some limited amount of Steel to Work with.
Dawnguard Blacksmith: Gunmar now sells all varieties of Dawnguard equipment (minus the Rune stuff and the Dwarven Crossbow), aswell as silver swords, fire enchanted weapons, bolts, crossbows and Silver Ingots and Steel.
Volkihar Blacksmith: Hestla sells all varieties of Vampire Gear, Elven Weapons, an Ebony Dagger, Moonstone and Malachite Ingots and some weapons enchanted with various absorb enchants.
Civil war Quartermasters: Quartermasters at CW camps now sell armor and weapons corresponding to their faction.
Ravenrock Blacksmith: The Ravenrock Blacksmith now Sells Chitin and Bonemold Armor and Elven weapons, aswell as the Odd Nordic Weapon. He sells materials required to make the armor like moonstone, Chitin Plates, and has a good reserve of smithing materials, and ebony after the quest Final Descent has been completed.
Skaal Blacksmith: The Skaal blacksmith, sells Nordic Armor, Nordic Weapons, a Stalhrim Sword, Materials Required to make Nordic and Stalhrim Armor and Weapons, Skaal Furs and Hunting Supplies.
Jeorlund Graymane: Jeorlund sells a higher quantity of Steel Plate and Steel than Warmaidens, and also a higher Quantity of Enchanted Steel Items. He will start selling Skyforge Items to you after you are a companion, and wolf armor after you are part of the circle, He too has a moderate leveled inventory.
Thieves Guild Smiths: The 3 Thieves Guild Smiths sell basic Light Armor, Lockpicks, Steel Weapons and a few enchanted pieces meant to ease your Thieving career.
Fletchers: The Drunken Huntsman and Fletcher have been updates as a constistency bonus. They both sell roughly the same hunting gear, but the Fletcher sells a greater ammount of imperial bows and the Huntsman a greater ammount of hunting bows. The Huntsman also sells a few Elven Arrows and Bow.
General: All or most Blacksmiths still sell iron ingots and ore, a few Corundum Ingots a few Steel Ingots and Leather/Leather Strips and Animal Hides. So your Smithing Grind Isn't made inconvenient. To get more illusive materials like Quicksilver, Moonstone, Orichalcum and Malachite you will have to visit more specialized smiths, and to aquire ebony, you will either have to ask around Alot of Smiths, or mine it yourself.
IF YOU NEED SOMETHING FORGED, BY YSMIR IF IT'S SIMPLE AND STRONG, I CAN MAKE IT.
