I'm not sure why, but after running in the tower after Alduin lands my character would get stuck halfway up the stairs and the camera would just disable along with any animation. This seems to fix it for me so far so pretty happy about that, heh. Thanks, much appreciated.
Would it be possible for this mod to work with bound NPCs? I use Headhunter which uses the default bound animation on Bandits you capture, but when the bound bandit is following you and sprints to catch up with you, the bound hands animation is interrupted until the bandit stops sprinting, and that breaks the immersion.
When you ragdoll all animations stop working, I think there's no way of preventing that, but there could be animations for the standing up, I haven't made them yet, might include them later.
Not sure if this mod was the issue, but it kept making my character move in strange directions instead of towards the chopping block. Disabling it (along with 3rd Person View During Alduin Attack on Helgen), solved the problem.
I don't know what could be causing that, I ran the helgen intro with more than 300 plugins and I couldn't reproduce what you said in your comment, seems like a load order issue (another mod you might have).

I will add support for it by default later when I have time, along with some animations still missing.
