About this mod

Complete a short quest with multiple endings to earn a small slice of Riverwood for yourself!

Permissions and credits
A psuedo-historical recreation of Caught in the Hunt- an Oblivion Tale.
Comes with a house reward all for you!

Welcome to your new home...
Well, honestly, not yet. There's people still living there.

At the Helgen-facing gate of Riverwood by day is a woman by the name of Ursanne Loche. It seems her husband has been taken away by a vengeful loan shark named Kurdan. Follow them along the road and decide how to deal with this- intimidate Kurdan into facing you? Pay off the debt (a thousand septims... not bad for a house) or simply kill Ursanne and take the key from her body?

This short but sweet multi ending quest will end up with you owning your own house on the island part of Riverwood, just south of the sawmill.

What's in the mod?
The mod contains three NPCs, one with a daily schedule and two others. There's a cutscene and a small boss fight for failed intimidation checks, and a simpler fight for a success. A new house is added mostly-seamlessly to Riverwood and is navmeshed to make it and it's exterior NPC-compliant (may conflict with mods that navmesh around Riverwood).

There's a lot of house mods out there...
Yup. And many are more suited to a warrior and the Dragonborn. However, if you seek reasons for this one, I have two...

First, most of the house mods are incredibly sprawling and complex affairs for illustrious warriors. I love them, but sometimes you wanna roleplay as someone of more humble origins and needs. Someone thrust into heroism, as opposed to basking in it.

Second, I wanted to test out how to make an interior cell with full nav-meshing and decorations. I'd never done it before and it struck me as a useful skill. I mostly made it for the quest line practice.
