This fixes the annoying "disappearing Health Bar" when on Survival Mode. (Health Bar will only disappear now when health is full.)
(Now added ESL Flagged option as well)
Version 1.2 should reliably add the fix to any character with no need for console commands or spell tomes!
Details- The reason the health bar disappears even when not full on Survival Mode is because the health regen is turned down to zero, so the game THINKS your health bar is full because it's not "moving" at all. This mod fixes this by adding a tiny health regen back on to your character (0.07 points per second), so that the game will recognize fluctuation in your health bar and keep it visible until full. (In my opinion this also fixes a second thing... the health regen never should have been turned down to absolute zero to begin with, as humans do heal in real life, even when not eating or drinking anything, just very slowly, which is exactly what will happen here (about 1 point every 14 seconds)..
I employed this fix on my own game, and thought maybe others would like it as well.
