A simple mod that does two things:
Makes it so Wolves and Ice wolves have a 50/50 chance of dropping dog meat.
Makes Dog meat cook-able with salt.
I created this because I found it odd that vendors and jarls had dog meat on display when certain things in the game suggest killing dogs is frowned on by skyrim's society, the meat being from wolves solves that problem in my head at least.
I also found it odd that people would have dog meat in their kitchen if dog meat wasn't not able to be cooked, which is why I changed that, I used the texture for cooked nix-hound meat since that seemed to make perfect sense, meaning the nix hound CC mod is a requirement.
Also works in survival mode.
Optional Canine Version: changes the name of dog meat to canine meat and cooked dog meat to cooked canine meat. Will likely be less compatible with other mods as it has to edit a form the normal version doesn't edit.
Update 1.2: ESL tagged the files, if you're updating its recommended you consume all cooked dog meat / cooked canine meat you have first.
