i would love to see an keeper faction along with keeper magic's like the keeper seals that were used to create invisible doors that only the keepers can see and use. although i'm not sure how it would work in skyrim. perhaps a rune on a wall that only activates for the player when close to it and transports you to some hidden place. and an symbol on the other side to be activated.
i'm just spit balling, i wish you could draw the known symbols and create effects like the ones known and maybe even not known in the game. i like the effect of the runes because they have an look to them and they all have different effects that they do.
i always wished the thieves guild did something like this with their symbols, but they were just information based.
I don't think teleportation glyphs would be so difficult to make, pretty much anything with collision info can act as a door. I also had Keeper stuff planned for this mod, but I got caught up in bigger, better mods. Thief will always hold a special place in my heart, but this mod is literally my least popular one, and I have very little motivation to work on it further
Indeed, Thi4f was a huge disappointment for me. At least we got the Dishonored series which, in my opinion, is a worthy spiritual successor to the real Thief games Also, I recently decided to try some fan missions for Thief Gold and Thief II, and actually found some of them really enjoyable.
Posted an image, retextured some clothing and armor pieces into Garrett's outfit from Thief II, and the septim into a gold coin from The Metal Age aswell. Let me know if you want any of those, or need anything like similiar. Lastly, incredible mod, some of the only signs of Thief in Skyrim, thank you for making this Alanovich. Now if only we could replace imperial guards with mechanists and stormcloak guards with hammerites.
Hello there Love your screenshot, and, judging from your avatar, you're a Thief fan like me
I haven't worked on this mod in a while, but I do have plans for it. I PLAN to add several other items like Keeper Enforcer, Pagan, and generic guard outfits. Maybe even a few more creatures like the Trickster, apparitions, and ape beasts. As usual, the biggest problem is, too much work (especially with the number of mods I now have to take care of), too little time. But I'll get there eventually. Probably. Maybe
Regarding replacer versions, I'd considered making an optional file to change individual cities into faction strongholds, but I should probably add more items before that.
wow...i'v been playing skyrim le to long. this looks like an idea indeed. i am also a thief fan. not so much thief 4. but the others and maybe the dark mod as well. anyway this is great work. i to would also like to see keeper enforcers.
Would be nice to have some npc's dressed as them, and act like them. integrating darker settings and shadows like a shadow meter would be nice. Nice mod either way. Thief is by far my favorite game. it seems the thieving in Skyrim just doesn't do it right. no wall covers, no peak arounds. I did download the arrows and all that, and sneak detection but it's not the same.
Changing game mechanics is beyond my skill, however I'd recommend getting "Sneak Tools" for a more Thief-like experience. Assuming that mod is available for the Special Edition.
Regarding NPCs equipped with the items added by this mod, that's planned for when I've added a few more armor sets. That will probably take a while though.
Next update will have Hammer Haunts for sure. I also have several other things planned for this mod, and the resources to actually make some of them I may make Garret's armor in future, but I'm putting it off for now because it wouldn't be that different from what thieves already have.

Such a throwback to my younger self.
I mean these are just ideas which you probably had yourself. No pressure, but I find Thief recieves way not enough love for Skyrim modding.
