Big fan of Spaghetti's overhauls. Big fan of Realistic Boat Bobbing. Not a fan of inconsistency, so until some awesome soul comes along with the time and motivation and makes an actual compatibility patch to make the Spaghetti rowboats bob, this is a compromise.
Simply disables all the rowboats/clutter inside them added by Spaghetti's overhauls. That's it.
One version for all 3 of the Spaghetti AIOs, and one each for Solstheim, Cities and Towns.
Did I miss any? Let me know. Do you want to make a real patch? Please?
