Allows the new lute varieties from Colourful Lutes to function with Skyrim's Got Talent

Just attaches the appropriate scripts from Skyrim's Got Talent to the lutes from Colourful Lutes in Tamriel, and forwards USSEP fixes/adds object bounds to them. Optional version uses WACCF lute weight and value changes.
Saw several requests for this on Colourful Lutes, and since I wanted that functionality for personal use anyhow, here it is.
